I spotted this tiny little isopod during a dive at the Blue Heron Bridge. The only reason I spotted it was because it moved, and I was surprised I was able to find it through the viewfinder, get good focus, and then also find it a second time when it moved a second time. Unfortunately, before I could get any other shots, it buried itself in the sand/gravel and I couldn’t find it a third time. In the water, I wasn’t even really sure what it was. It wasn’t until a few days later when Laura had a friend ID it as a Monogram Isopod (Rocinela signata).
