My last few days in Colorado, which season I was in seemed to depend on the elevation… Just a slight difference of only a couple hundred feet made the difference between beautiful autumn among the aspens or the first snowfalls on the mountains.

November 18, 2021 at 10:13pmWhere are you? Heather and I spent our honeymoon in Conifer – my uncle had a cabin at the 10,000 foot mark. The aspen were amazing, and that was end of September. It was also the last two week vacation I ever took, and phone calls came at very inconvenient times.
