Much like the Madagascar Cat Snake, this beautiful snake is nocturnal and rear-fanged venomous… but I think the dramatic black and yellow colors on this one make for a much more photogenic subject.
I’ve been waiting for this snake to make an appearance since my host mentioned it in the first few days I arrived. Hopefully I get a chance to see it again and hopefully it has shed that last little bit of scales from its nose.
I think Pittsburgh sports fans can get behind that color scheme too…
