The ND may dodge the subject (reflection of) so you should be careful. This is a cool image though, being still life in a non still life environment, what you may find easier is simply re-visiting the latent image in Photoshop. Being at Phipps gave you a great advantage I'm sure in getting such a cool image! To me, if I didn't know that fact, it looks like it was taken while you were standing IN the water :) great image!
