The flash one almost looks like a crime scene photo instead of what I believe is it's intended message which is "Turtles nest here". The non flash version captures the sandy beach in the background as well as the actual mood and available light at the time the shot was taken. The Flash one would have been cool with a Cop escorting some guy with a shovel in handcuffs though!
